We are opening the church!

We are thrilled to be in a position to start opening the church to our members again. In order to minimise the risk, we would like to ask all our members to closely follow the guidelines below which outline the entire journey from booking a place until leaving the premises after the service.  The guidelines along with guidance given by the staff are based on the latest government regulations as they relate to church services.  You will need a ticket to be admitted into the building.  Please read this page in its entirety before you proceeding to book your ticket to avoid any complications or misunderstandings as guidance may have changed since you last booked.

Booking you place

To book your place, press the “Book Now” button at the bottom of this page.  You will be asked to fill in your name and contact details and the number of people joining you from your household.  This group will need to arrive and stay together for the duration of the church service.  If you are booking on the behalf of someone else, please provide the contact details for one person from that household and not your own.

Be aware that the last chance to book a ticket is at midnight on the Wednesday before the service.  You will need to wait for a confirmation e-mail to verify that your booking has succeeded before coming to church. If you have made more than one reservation for the same day (by mistake), please, inform us to cancel one of them

If for whatever reason you are unable to attend, please, let us know as soon as possible, in order to make your reservation available to someone else. We would like to ask that our members keep the frequency of in-person attendance to once every two weeks

Leaving home

Please ensure that no one is showing any COVID symptoms before leaving the house.  Ensure that you have sufficiently warm clothing to queue outside for a few minutes before entering the building.  Plan your trip so that you arrive between 10:50-11:00 am.  Make sure everyone brings a mask.  They need to be worn inside the church building at all times.

Arriving at the Church

Once you arrive at the church you will be asked to queue outside as we process the groups into the building.  Please ensure that all members of the household are queuing as a group and not mingling with other visitors to help us make this process as efficient as possible.  There will be signs posted in and around the premises regarding hygiene and the flow of people in and out of the building.  Please follow those signs.  Ask the deacons if you are in doubt.

Inside the Church

Ensure that everyone is wearing their mask and observes the 2-metre distancing during your stay inside the building.  Your temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer in the lobby before the deacons take you to your seats.  After the church service, the deacons will explain the process of exiting the building.  Current guidelines do not allow us to socialise with other households inside the building, so please wait until you have left the building before interacting with others.
