Newbold Church Discipleship Programme 2009
This year there will be a variety of programmes and activities to strenghten and deepen each persons spiritual journey through our discipleship programme. Each programme is part of a series but stands alone.
Each programme is on a saturday afternoon in Church Centre
There are 3 different series of programmes.
Spiritual Gifts Workshop & introduction to Newbold Church Life
An oppertunity to discover more about your spiritual identity through finding your spiritual gifts and finding out what Newbold church life really is. The intorduction to Newbold Church Life is particular to you who new to the area, thinking about joing Newbold Church; have recently transfered membership or been baptised, but its also fo you who simply is curious about your church. This is led by the Pastors and will occur 3 times a year.
Growing in Christ
A look at the various spiritual disciplines to help personal spiritual growth.
This series runs once a month on the last saturday of the month and invites you on a journey through 2008 to explore various disciplines, that will help your spiritual growth. The series is led by the Elders in the church.
Sabbath Seminars
A Series of seminars and lectures on various topics, this series runs once a month on the third saturday of the month and is an oppertunity to hear from scholars and experts in the field.
